GLENRAC & Gwymac Landcare have launched this project in the Severn River catchment. This 18-month project commenced in January 2012 through funding from the Australian Government's Caring for our Country program.

• An independent River Reach Plan has been conducted of the Severn River
• Funding to participants in the project of small grants of up to $5000 including GST per applicant/property.
• 2 workshop/training days for landholders along the Severn River

This project has been fully subscribed, all workshops complete, and on-ground works are currently underway.
